Event Services - Cooking and Beyond: Food Shopping TODAY!

Dear Friends and Colleagues,

We hope you were able to join us for our first episode of “Event Services, Cooking & Beyond: Menu Planning”.  In case you missed it, you can still watch the recording where we discussed different approaches to how we decide what to cook and what to eat, how to use up leftovers, and what to keep on hand in your kitchens when something doesn’t actually turn out the way you planned! This sets us up for our next topic as we will be discussing “Food Shopping” on Wednesday, October 14th, 12pm MDT with, Cathy Ryan, Sylvia Ng, and Neelee Smith. We enjoyed welcoming you virtually into our homes, and we hope you will join us again so we can answer any of your questions on Slido!

Every other week, Event Services staff will continue to host virtual, informative, interactive sessions on topics such as herbs & spices, cooking for kids, kitchen organization, and baking .. just to name a few! As most of us continue to work from home, we know many of you are spending more time in your kitchens cooking for yourself and your families so we want to encourage you to keep trying new recipes, ingredients, and techniques. Don’t forget to check out our What’s Cooking?! online cookbook, where we continue to add recipes daily.

In our extended efforts to support you in all of your cooking adventures, our talented staff also wishes to offer their experience, knowledge, and advice to you on an as-needed basis. We each have specific areas of interest and expertise that we would love to share with you, so please feel free to view our profiles and reach out to any of us with any questions and suggestions.
