Event Services, Cooking & Beyond - Herbs & Spices

Event Services, Cooking & Beyond - Herbs & Spices

Dear Friends & Colleagues,

We hope you enjoyed our previous episode on “Event Services, Cooking & Beyond: Cooking with Kids”.  In case you missed it, you can watch the recording where we discussed ways to get kids to try new foods, eat healthy, and have fun in the kitchen. With the holidays coming up, you may want to go through your fresh and dried herbs and spice rack to season up your meals, so our next topic will be discussing “Herbs & Spices” on Tuesday, November 24th @ 12pm MDT. We enjoyed welcoming you virtually into our homes during the lunch hour, and we hope you will join us again so we can have an open discussion and answer any of your questions on Slido!

Every few weeks, Event Services staff will continue to host virtual, informative, interactive sessions on topics such as entertaining, gardening, and baking .. just to name a few! You can check out all of our videos on the Event Services webpage to catch up on any of the episodes and stay tuned for what we have next. As most of us continue to work from home, we know many of you are spending more time in your kitchens cooking for yourself and your families so we want to encourage you to keep trying new recipes, ingredients, and techniques. Don’t forget to check out our What’s Cooking?! online cookbook, where we continue to add recipes daily.

In our extended efforts to support you in all of your cooking adventures, our talented staff also wishes to offer their experience, knowledge, and advice to you on an as-needed basis. We each have specific areas of interest and expertise that we would love to share with you, so please feel free to view our profiles and reach out to any of us with any questions and suggestions.
