Event Services, What's Cooking?! Meatballs

Meatballs

Meatballs really do burst in your mouth with flavor! And is there any word that sounds more delicious than meatball?  Well, unless you’re vegetarian -- and even then I can make a pretty mean case for really tasty vegetarian meatballs! What makes the “meat” is in the eye of the beholder, right?!

Meatballs are made everywhere from just about any meat or vegetable plus fillers of bread, binder, and seasoning. This recipe is a basic meatball made with beef & pork. They are typically sautéed, roasted, grilled, stewed, poached, or cooked in spaghetti sauce -- then served as sandwiches, skewers, salads, enjoyed with potatoes & gravy, or on a plate by themselves with sauce. Or make sure you have a nice crusty loaf of bread ready to serve with this one, because you may not want any pasta!
