Stuffed Pizza

Stuffed Pizza is fun to make -- especially when you get the whole family involved. For this recipe, just use store-bought dough and let it come to room temperature, it works well and is easy to maneuver (don’t use the canned pizza dough).

Although I’ve laid out a plan for meat stuffing here, honestly use what your family likes. I confess we usually add onion and green peppers to this meaty stuffed pizza mix just because we like it. Let me know how you do with this one!

P.S. Plan ahead for this one because the pizza cuts best when you let it rest for about a half an hour’ish after you pull it from the oven.

Serve a wedge of pizza with a splash of sauce and enjoy with a cold beer on National Pizza & Beer Day!
