SMART Goal Virtual Workshops

The SMART Goal Virtual Workshop covers: 1) what defines a SMART goal and why it's important; 2) how to create relevant SMART goals that support your work and help you develop; and 3) how to manage and modify your goals throughout the performance cycle. Participants will work with peers through breakout sessions to help one another develop or strengthen their goals, with individualized support from our facilitators.
