Supervisors: Register for LEAD Training

It is finally here, the Leadership Exploration and Development (LEAD) program for Supervisors! This is a six-month program (one full day per month), that equips supervisors at all levels with the critical concepts, strategies, skills, and resources needed to effectively manage and lead staff.

LEAD is for supervisors and there are 30 seats available for the first six-month program. Enrollment is based on a first come, first served basis: please enroll as soon as possible. If you find that the program is full, continue to enroll so you will be placed on the waitlist. This will also help our training team capture your interest for the next six-month session of LEAD that will be scheduled in the near future.

ENROLLMENT INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Log into Workday
  • Click the 'Learning' icon
  • Look under recently added for 'LEAD: Supervisor Training'
  • Select the orange 'Enroll' button
  • Select the course and then 'OK'

IMPORTANT: Once you have enrolled, please add the program dates, times and locations to your Google calendar.

If you have questions about LEAD, please contact a member of the LEAD Team: Sue Brundege, Toni Wallace (Human Resources), Carolyn Brinkworth, Kristen Aponte, or Katy Putsavage (Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion), Mary Helen Matthews (Office of General Counsel).
