The Foothills Laboratory has six buildings in two clusters, all within walking distance of one another. FL 0/1/2/3 (northeast end of Mitchell Lane) includes the Foothills locations of the NCAR Library and cafeteria, classroom and meeting space, NCAR's Research Applications Lab, and two NCAR Earth System Labs: ACD and MMM. FL4 (southeast corner of 47th St. and Mitchell) houses most of the UCAR Community Programs. FLA (northeast corner of 47th and Mitchell) is home to Human Resources and other offices of UCAR Finance & Administration as well as the UCAR President's Office.
