Research Interests

I work as a research scientist within the High Altitude Observatory whose main area of research is the modeling of the magnetosphere and its interaction with the solar wind coupled thermosphere-ionosphere system.  This work includes efforts to develop new models, analysis of model results and dissemination of research results through peer reviewed journals and presentations at meetings.  I also work on understanding the basic physical processes involved in the coupling of the magnetosphere with the ionosphere.
